   The Gresham Hotel has been Dublin's landmark hotel since 1817 when Thomas Gresham bought 21-22 Sackville Street - now O`Connell Street.
  This beautiful grand hotel maintains the stature and elegance of that period. With its waterford crystal chandeliers, magnificent staircase and liveried doormen that greet the arriving guest, one immediately appreciates the style, luxury and tradition that comes with the Gresham Hotel.

The hotel is carrying out renovation works on the 4th floor, which has been blocked off. The rooms on the 1st and 5th floors have been completed and all works are due for completion at the beginning of August 2006.
